Registration (Tutors)
To Register as a tutor with Tuition Solutions is FREE OF CHARGE. However, Tuition Solutions reserves all rights to reject your registration(example: full address/NRIC no. not provided).
Before submitting the tutor registration form, please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. Tutors who sign up with Tuition Solutions agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions (Tutors)
1. Eligibility
a) You must be a Singapore Citizen/Singapore permanent resident or hold a student pass.
b) You must be at least 18 years old. (As of your birthday)
c) You need to have a minimum academic qualification of an O'level certificate
and good grades in the subjects that you wish to teach.
d) On the first lesson, you must produce all necessary documents as per requested to certify your academic qualifications, credentials and NRIC to the student/parent.
2. Commission
A one-time commission of 50% of the first month tuition fee will be payable by you, which we will collect directly from you after the student/parents paid the first month's fee. Upon receiving the administration fee from you, a electronic tax invoice will be emailed to you. You are advised to keep this tax invoice for documentation purpose.
Payment of the commission can be done by cheque, iBanking and ATM transfer.
3. Cancellation/Termination of Assignment
In the event where you decided to cancel the assignment before the first lesson that you have agreed to take up, prior notice of 48 hours before the first lesson must be given to Tuition Solutions. This is to avoid any misunderstanding between Tuition Solutions and the student/parents.
If you fail to notify of your cancellation, an administrative charge of S$ 20 will be imposed.
The minimum commitment period of an assignment is 1 month. In the event where you terminate an assignment before the first month, Tuition Solutions will still recover the one-time commission of 50% of the first month tuition fee from you.
In the event where the student prematurely terminates the assignment during the first month, you will only receive 50% of payment for all your service hours. The other 50% will act as the one-time commission fee for Tuition Solutions.

Tuition Solutions is just a coordinator and will not act as an arbitrator or mediator for any conflicts or disagreements that arise between the tutor and the student. However, we are always ready to give our suggestions and advices.
